Do you have wireless signal?
Check the wireless switch on Laptops
Make sure wireless network connection is enabled under control panel/network connections
If you have wireless signal:
Disconnect your Ethernet connection if you are already connected via hardwire and restart computer.
If it says limited or no connectivity - Try to repair the connection or restart computer.
Low signal?
Move device around to see if you are in a dead spot try close to windows and different rooms
Contact the City of Apopka to purchase a ‘Ruckus’ Device to increase wireless coverage
If you have a low power WIFI card you may need a ‘Ruckus’ Device
Poor System Performance?
If you have poor system performance please open a service ticket.
